“Referrer: You will receive a £10 reward for every successful referral (unless advised otherwise as part of a temporary promotion);
Referee: You will receive a £10 reward after making the first contractual payment of your loan, on time, as per your loan agreement.”
To qualify for a payment:
You must be or have been a Fair Personal Loans customer;
The person you refer cannot be or have previously been a Fair Personal Loans customer, or have previously applied for a loan at Fair Personal Loans;
The person you refer must be successfully approved for a loan with Fair Personal Loans; and
You must not be currently in arrears on a loan with Fair Personal Loans. Any payments due will be made once any arrears have been cleared.
The person you refer must successfully complete their first contractual payment in order to receive the reward.
Other Terms and Conditions:
Payments are made on a weekly basis. Payments will be made to you via bank transfer. They will not be used by us towards repayment of a loan that you may have with Fair Personal Loans;
You must not make reference to or advertise this scheme on any social media platforms;
You can refer a maximum of 12 friends and family per year;
You must not in any way present yourself as an agent or employee of Fair Personal Loans; and
You are responsible for paying any taxes owed on payments received as part of this scheme
In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions Fair Personal Loans reserves the right to withdraw any payments due and to restrict participation in the scheme without warning.
Fair Personal Loans reserves the right to change the terms of or stop this scheme at any time. If we do so we will make sure any payments earned are paid.”
