Important information for customers

Fair Finance is monitoring the Coronavirus outbreak and its impact. We will continue adapting our policies to prioritise the well-being of our customers and our staff, and follow Government guidance.


Branch access

Following the Government advice on social distancing, Fair Finance has decided to close its branches temporarily. If you would like to apply for a loan, enquire about your existing loan or any other query, you can do so by calling 020 8988 0627, or apply directly on our website. Our team is ready to assist you from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and on Saturday 10.00am to 2.00pm.


Phone appointments

If you are a regular branch client, you can make a loan application with one of our loan officers on the telephone. Please call our customer service team on 020 8988 0627 who will book an appointment or serve you immediately.


What if you can’t pay your loan?

If you are impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic and you are worried about repaying your loan with Fair Finance, please contact us. We’re here to help and support you. You can call us on 020 8988 0627 to speak to our customer service team who will be able to assist you.
