Entering is free.
Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom, 18 years of age or older, who have been sent an email invitation to participate and who complete the survey. Void where prohibited. Employees of FBL and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win. All applicable laws and regulations apply.
Prize Draw Period. The entry period begins on 20th of March 2018 and ends on 31st of July 2018.
How to Enter. Click on the link in the email inviting you to participate in the survey and complete the survey during the prize draw period. Everyone who completes the survey will be able to enter into a random prize draw for the chance to win a Bosch Tassimo Vivy coffee Machine . Limit one (1) entry per person.
Prize. One (1) Grand Prize: a Bosch Tassimo Vivy coffee Machine; Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Bosch is not affiliated with the Sponsor or this prize draw in any way.
All taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within 14 days of notification will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.
Drawing and Winner Notification. Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on 5th of July 2018 by Fair Business Loans, whose decisions and interpretation of these rules are final in all matters. The potential winner will be notified by email and is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these official rules. Winner may be required to sign and submit an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability.
General Terms. Winner, by acceptance of their prize, agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless FBL, and its respective employees, representatives, agents, contractors, assigns, advertisers, officers, directors, shareholders and attorneys from any and all liability, loss, damage, cost, claim or expense related to any allegation regarding the award of, the receipt of, or the use of prizes.
Winner acknowledges that FBL, has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, or regarding the use, value or enjoyment of any prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a user’s ability to participate in this sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control inhibit or corrupt the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the prize draw, and Sponsor may disqualify any person who engages in or attempts any such activity.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof. Entrants consent to jurisdiction and venue in, and agree that any claims or disputes shall be resolved non-exclusively in, the courts of England.
