Our loan application process step by step:
1. You tell us about yourself
Simply complete our online application form.
Tell us about yourself, your financial situation, including your income and expenditures and share your bank statements with us via our secure Open Banking verification.
2. We review your application
When you’ve shared your bank statements and completed the application form, we run a credit check and review your bank statements to understand your financial situation.
We may need to call you to ask you a few questions to complete your application. Always check your phone when you have an application with us!
3. We give you a decision
When you’ve completed the application form online and have submitted your bank statements, you can give us a call. We’ll try to give you a decision straight away.
Alternatively, you can wait for us to review your application and get back to you. We give you a decision in no more than 24 hours or one working day, but usually much faster!
We send you the decision by text and email, and also call you if you are approved.
4. You sign your contract and receive your money in a day
When you have been approved, we speak over the phone to agree on an affordable repayment plan and go through the loan terms and conditions. We then send you your loan contract via email to sign.
When you’ve signed your contract, the money will be in your account the same day if you sign your contract before 1pm on week days. Otherwise the money will be with you by noon the next working day.
