Managing your Fair Finance loan account is easier and faster with My Account portal. You can find everything you need to know about your loan, all in one place.

My Account allows you to:

  • Check the current balance of your loan
  • See what payments you’ve already made and what future payments are due
  • Make a payment on your loan, and
  • See if you’re eligible for a Top up loan

To sign up for My Account portal you’ll need to be a current customer with an active loan.


Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register for My Account portal?

Simply click on the Sign Up Now button above and enter the following details:

  • Your loan Agreement number
  • Your last name
  • Your post code, and
  • Your date of birth

A one-time security code will be sent to the mobile phone number associated with your loan to complete the process. The email address linked to your loan will automatically be set as your username. After entering the security PIN you will be asked to set a password and then Login to your My Account portal.

How do I log in to my account?

Logging into your account is easy. Just select the Login button above and enter your email address and password. Click Submit and you’re in.

How do I change my password?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the Login button above and then select the Reset password link. Enter your email address and you’ll be sent a link from which to reset your password.

How do I view my recent transactions?

Once you’re logged in, you can check the progress of your loan 24/7.

To check your recent transactions, simply select the Payment History button on the Overview page when you login.

How do I view my upcoming payments?

Once you’re logged in, you can check the progress of your loan 24/7.

To check your upcoming payments, simply select the Payment Profile button on the Overview page when you login.

I’m on a payment holiday but My Account portal doesn’t show this?

Unfortunately, payment holidays are not shown in the portal so the Payment Profile will continue to show the payment schedule that was originally agreed. Don’t worry, that doesn’t mean your payment holiday isn’t in place, it’s just the way the My Account portal works.

However, if we’ve agreed an ongoing change to your payment schedule your new future payments will be shown in the Payment Profile.

How do I check my current balance?

That’s easy. Just login to your My Account portal from the Login button above and your current outstanding balance is shown right there on the Overview page.

How do I update my details?

If you ever need to update your details (address, telephone number, email address, name or bank account details), please call our customer service team on 020 8988 0267. Our lines are open 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 2pm Saturday.

Is My Account portal secure?

Yes it is. The portal is powered and hosted by our key technology partner, an organisation certified to ISO27001 standards.

The My Account portal does not store personal data of any kind and communications between the portal and the underlying data store are all encrypted by HTTPS. Full details of the data security controls in place can be found on our Data Security page.

Can I settle my loan in MyAccount portal?

To pay off the outstanding balance of a loan and close your account please call us on 020 8988 0267. Our lines are open 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 2pm Saturday.

It’s necessary to contact us to make sure we take into account any rebate due and you don’t overpay.
