Entering is free.
Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom, 18 years of age or older, who have “Followed” or “Liked” our page on Facebook (FairFinance2005). Employees of FPL and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win. All applicable laws and regulations apply.
Prize Draw Period. This is a rolling competition until 2000 Like/Followers are achieved.
How to Enter. Like or follow our page on Facebook. Limit one (1) entry per person.
Prize. Prize: 1 Love2Shop gift voucher with the value of £50 which can be used across various high street shops. Love2Shop is not affiliated with the Sponsor or this prize draw in any way. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.
Drawing and Winner Notification. One winner will be chosen at random from every 100th new followers. Fair Finance reserves the rights for all final decisions and interpretation of these rules. The potential winner will be notified by a Facebook post, email and text and is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these official rules. You have the right to opt out of being notified by a public Facebook post, however, you must inform Fair Finance of your intentions of doing so at the time of entering the competition.
General Terms. When asked to ‘like’ or ‘follow’ Fair Finance’s Facebook page clients will be advised that they will be entered into this competition and be advised of how to access these terms and conditions. Winner, by acceptance of their prize, agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless FPL, and its respective employees, representatives, agents, contractors, assigns, advertisers, officers, directors, shareholders and attorneys from any and all liability, loss, damage, cost, claim or expense related to any allegation regarding the award of, the receipt of, or the use of prizes.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a user’s ability to participate in this sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control inhibit or corrupt the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the prize draw, and Sponsor may disqualify any person who engages in or attempts any such activity.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof. Entrants consent to jurisdiction and venue in, and agree that any claims or disputes shall be resolved non-exclusively in, the courts of England.
